Immediate Implant
Immediate implant is a method that is applied immediately after tooth extraction. That's why it's called a fast implant. Bone tissue is preserved with the implant applied after tooth extraction. In this way, there is no need for a second surgical intervention.
Immediate implant is defined as rapid implant. Therefore, it is a procedure that is applied immediately after tooth extraction. If the immediate implant is applied immediately in the tooth that is attached to the tooth extraction, the bone tissue is preserved. In this way, there is no need for a second surgical procedure. Using the extraction cavity, the implant is placed in the tooth cavity. If the immediate implant is not placed immediately after tooth extraction, the gingiva is expected to heal. Therefore, the treatment is prolonged.
Immediate implant (rapid implant) is placed in the tooth cavity immediately after tooth extraction. However, if the implant is not placed in the tooth cavity after tooth extraction, the treatment is interrupted. Delayed implant treatment is called immediate delayed implant in medical language. Thus, a second surgical procedure is applied in delayed treatment. In the case of delayed dental implant, 6-8 weeks after tooth extraction, if the gum heals, the operation takes place.
The implant procedure, which was applied 3 to 4 months after tooth extraction, was delayed. Therefore, immediate delayed implant application is possible. At this stage, a new surgical procedure is applied from the bone and gingiva. If the bone tissue and gingiva are suitable after tooth extraction, immediate implant can be easily applied to the patient after tooth extraction. In this way, bone tissue and gum tissue are preserved. The biggest advantage of the procedure is that the patient gets his tooth as soon as possible.
What is immediate implant treatment?
Implant treatment is a treatment method applied in missing teeth. Filling the cavity formed in the extracted tooth is provided by the implant tooth. For this, an implant is applied to the tooth with a gap with the help of a screw that holds the root in the dental bone. In this way, the person regains his tooth. It is very comfortable to use. Implant treatment should be applied without wasting time, especially when there is a loss of anterior teeth. If this treatment is not performed after tooth extraction, it is expected that the gums will heal. This process may take up to 6 months.
For rapid implant treatment, the fusion of the tooth and gum is not expected. In a short time, a temporary tooth is attached and this process is called rapid implant. Immediate implant or fast implant means the end of the treatment.
How long does immediate implant dental treatment take?
Everyone who is going to have their tooth extracted wants a fast, high quality and inexpensive treatment as soon as possible. In this treatment, the inserted tooth is temporary. That's why it's called rapid treatment. Normally, you need to wait 30-60 days for the implant tooth. However, private dental clinics can do this within 3-7 days. If you want to end this treatment quickly, you can choose a private hospital.
Is immediate implant reliable?
Rapid implant treatment will be very reliable when performed by a specialist physician. The implant must fuse with the bone at the correct rate. This process takes 60 days for the upper jaw and 60 days for the lower jaw. During this period, care should be taken while eating. If it is pressed too much, the temporary implant may break. The temporary implant removed in the clinic leaves its place to a more solid and real tooth.
Who can benefit from rapid implant treatment?
Anyone can benefit from rapid implant treatment. If there is no problem in your health in general, you can have an implant. If you want to have implant treatment, your jawbone must be in good condition. At the same time, it is essential to have bone density. Fast implant by experienced dentists is very reliable and useful. You will use a temporary implant until your own tooth is done. Today, getting an implant tooth has been reduced to 1 day. If you are going to have your tooth extracted, you may consider having implant treatment.
